Unfortunately, not everyone can afford to hire an attorney. The Latin term "pro se" means "for himself" and is used in legal proceedings to describe individuals who decide to represent and appear for themselves in court cases.
For individuals who believe that they can navigate the bankruptcy system on their own or initially attempted to handle their own case but soon realize that their case requires the assistance of an attorney, 360 Legal™ offers “limited scope” legal representation to the traditional pro se litigant. By offering “limited scope” legal services* to the self-help litigants, 360 Legal™ is able to individuals who would otherwise be priced out of fully retaining an attorney.
Legal & Court Coaching
Legal coaching involves consultation rather than representation. A client may wish to review legal documents, discuss options or just generally become informed. Legal coaching is offered at $300 per session. Sessions run from 1 to 2 hours and the client may have an unlimited number of sessions.

We start by listening and assessing your situation-engaging with you to develop a customized legal solution
more and more individuals are handling their legal matters on their own as they simply cannot afford to hire an attorney. Our attorneys can work with those individuals and provide legal and court coaching to assist with specific legal questions that they may have regarding their case or to help them prepare for what to expect when they go to court. Our attorneys can advise on court procedures and courtroom behaviors as well as give legal guidance and opinions.
We offer one hour coaching sessions for a flat fee of $249 (first one-hour session for new clients who have never had a coaching session before is $150). We are happy to meet for longer than an hour and charge $24.90 per 1/10th hour over the first hour.
Coaching can cover a wide variety of topics including:
Reviewing mediated agreements before they are signed
Discussing and helping form strategy for modifying existing orders
Helping a party prepare for hearing including suggesting exhibits and helping organize presentation
Drafting motions or other pleadings such as witness disclosures
This service enables you to retain control over your case but with help from an experienced attorney. For example, your Attorney might:
Help you represent yourself in your negotiations with the opposing party and/or plan your strategy for representing yourself in court
Listen to your side of the story, provide an objective view of what each party’s rights and obligations are, and suggest some possible options and alternatives and help you decide which is best for you.
Example: You are seeking an uncontested divorce and you have reached an impasse in your negotiations with your spouse – your Attorney can suggest some approaches to resolve it.
Provide legal guidance on matters such as forming a new business; negotiating the sale of an existing business; and similar types of legal matters that require guidance from an attorney licensed in your state
Help you evaluate offers and proposals from the other side, warn you of potential problems, and help you avoid them

Your Attorney will discuss your situation with you and provide the legal guidance you need.
The Legal & Court Coaching Service is limited to a single legal matter which requires one or more legal answers for resolution. If extensive legal advice is needed and falls beyond the scope of this offering, and/or your situation materially changes, an additional fee may be required. Your Attorney will promptly inform you if/when this is applicable.

Advice about your legal rights
Information about procedures for filing or serving documents (if applicable)
Referral to one or more Attorneys who can provide full-service representation if you need it
The Legal Advice Service is limited to one “incident” which is defined as a single legal matter which requires one or more legal answers for resolution. If extensive legal advice is needed and falls beyond the scope of this offering, and/or your situation materially changes, an additional fee may be required. Your Attorney will promptly inform you if/when this is applicable.
We can help you evaluate the issues, determine what happens "next", what your rights and obligations are, and what you can do going forward. You may even learn that you don’t need to do anything at all. Sometimes, it only takes a strategy session for you to better understand what is happening, what may happen next, and what you can (or cannot) do about it.
How does it work?
A Legal Strategy Session lasts for one hour. Prior to the appointment, you fax or email all documents relevant to your issue to allow the attorney enough time to review them. You make an appointment and meet with the attorney to review your matter. Payment is submitted in full at the time the documents are submitted. The charge for the session is dependent upon the amount of work involved. We do accept credit cards in addition to other forms of payment.
A Legal Strategy Session lasts for 1 hour. You may conference live or by telephone. You also have the option of a video conference. During that time, you will have your questions answered, explore options, and determine what actions you can take to protect yourself or your business.
No Further Commitment required.
Your commitment is limited to the Legal Strategy Session. No surprises, no further commitment if you decide not to move forward with us. If you purchase a Legal Strategy Session and later engage the firm for related work, you will receive a partial credit for the cost of the Legal Strategy Session toward your first bill.

CONSUMER/BANKRUPTCY COACHING
What you pay for: 2 hours of legal coaching
Price: $525 (25% discount from attorney’s regular hourly rate.)
This package includes: reviewing, analyzing, diagnosing and prescribing a plan of action after analyzing client’s financial history. Attorney asks questions regarding consumer’s personal background, questions related to consumer’s mortgage (to include determining number of loans, types of loans, purpose of loans, status of loans, status of taxes, etc.), questions related to identifying all sources of income, questions related to identifying all assets, questions related to identifying all sources of income and questions related to identifying and categorizing all household expenses.
The goal of this type of coaching is to assist the consumer in strategizing and/or prioritizing the consumer’s options as they relate to one or more of the following: the “underwater” house, creditor lawsuits, bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy options.
This package does not include: document preparation, legal representation, legal coaching in excess of two hours or anything not listed above.
