As a service to the community, 360 Legal℠ offers pro bono (FREE) legal services for a limited number of qualifying individuals.*

​Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Cases 

​

For a limited number of qualifying individuals, 360 Legal℠ offers pro bono legal services to consumers seeking to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. Such legal services will be offered on a limited basis to consumers who meet the following criteria:

​

• Single (not married);
• Not a homeowner;
• Average Income over past 6 months is less than 150% of the current DHHS Poverty Guidelines (click here to find out);
• No Secured Debt; and
• Unsecured Debt is $15,000 or less

​Child Support Creditors 

​

360 Legal℠ offers pro bono legal services to child support creditors and representatives seeking to complete and file Official Bankruptcy Form B281 (Appearance of Child Support Creditor or Representative) or Official Bankruptcy Form B10 (Proof of Claim).  In limited situations, 360 Legal℠ will represent child support creditors or representatives pro bono as plaintiffs in adversary proceedings to determine the dischargeability of a debt under 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(5) or 523(a)(15).
